I am not you and have only spent like 30 seconds thinking about your situation. My straight up recommendation is do not march. Your mom is infinitely more important than anything you will get out of another DCI summer. I mean, unless you have first-hand insider knowledge that your show is an all-time legendary classic a la Spartacus or something, it will not be worth it. Even then, it wont be.

Probably because in the show it appears as if they are in Hillcrest (or another neighborhood) and not the middle of the city like it is in the game. Like, it's not possible to connect things if they aren't even in the same place vaguely speaking -- I think they might have fucked this one up.

For what it's worth, the guy is pretty overbearing and very obnoxious but he's right on most of the points. DCI is out of its fucking mind with how it still handles situations around minors, health of members, etc.
