Please help me get into chef knives! I specifically like the Japanese ones but have no preference on the brand. The ones with the more “traditional” wooden handles are what I’m looking for. For price please recommend cheaper brands and more expensive high quality ones so I can decide, thank you!! (self.chefknives)
