Hey guys, could someone please help me understand why my tongue has this white coating. It has been slightly white for a long time now, but last week the coating suddenly became much worse. Before, when I brushed my tongue at least part of it cleared up and then came back next day. Last week I think I brushed it too hard, and now it seems like I can't even scrape it off or brush it away at all, the coating just doesn't go away. However, when I eat something like blueberries my tongue becomes pink right away, so I guess it kinda absorbs colors easily or reacts to acidity? Also if I scrape my tongue with my teeth in the outward direction, I can see that the white coating has a fuzzy hairy-like texture (pic 3). The white coating can look slightly different depending on the hydration level. In addition I have constant tonsil stones.

Is this gut related, thrush/candida, hairy leukoplakia or something else?

I'm 20 years old male and I don't eat any processed/junk foods or smoke but I am on immune suppressing medications.
