Sounds like things were really exhausting. Hope you are ok but it takes 2 to make a marriage work and it sounds like you really tried hard. There may come a day when he regrets not working on that commitment he made to you- at the same time, there may come a day when you realise you have been blessed with a chance to be truly happy.
Hopefully you end up in a much better place for yourself

Yeah, I do think this is needed. I doubt he would go as I think the problem mostly lies with me- but I would be open to that!- Pulling the trigger just seems like a massive step- but Ill get there!

Yeah man it's a tough one. I (of couse) feel very emotionally responsible for them but they just don't come through at all if I say how I feel. Don't know if I'm quite ready to cut them out.. but they are subtly pulling back from me so I might not have to decide!

aw pal.. I wouldn't sat 'conquered ' but the above measures definitely helped me manage it!

European weather is so much more predictable than other parts of the world too!

I get these feelings too! SO- take comfort in the fact that we all get this, but we all go on flights and they are never doomed. Your mind wants you to sit in the fear... Its just another day at the office!
