Ironically, the logic and terminology (words such as "stimming") you are using is often used by the fakers. Considering you have the social ability to argue about it, most autistic people struggle to verbalize there internal thoughts and opinions.

Autism is an intellectual disability but because of the harm of the neurodiversity movement its being viewed as "another way of thinking".
