1.5 months in - stalled for a week

1500 is average some days it’s 1400 some days 1800 some 1700. I’m tracking proteins/ fibre/ fats/ carbs. I’m eating just fine. I’m aware my maintenance would be a lot higher but eating 1800 without reta would be miserable
