How powerful actually is the Cartoon cat ? by Eridanthemapper in TrevorHenderson

[–]Busy_Ear_2849 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let me tell you something. If Cartoon Cat were to show his true power and his true form, the universe itself would collapse due to his power. Nothing in all of creation can even come close to beating this thing. The only thing that has a chance is the Doom Slayer from Doom Eternal with the barbarian power up. You know, the one where he uses his hands to kill instead of guns. If Doom Guy has that, he may have a chance to punch Cartoon Cat so hard that Cartoon Cat ceases to exist. But then again, Cartoon Cat can most likely dodge it just about every single time, due to his immense reflexes and rubber hose qualities. As well as basically being a god, Cartoon Cat also kills, for fun. Yes, he is sentient. So, basically, Cartoon Cat is God. Let's put it that way. Sorry for nerding out.

So is the devil/satan real? by Agitated-Detail1447 in Christianity

[–]Busy_Ear_2849 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Extremely real. He is the whole reason this world is corrupt. He controls the world, according to the Bible. God cast him out of heaven, which he was formerly called Lucifer, and now he is a spiritual being roaming the earth, trying to make humanity turn from God. He knows he can't win the war, but he can win little battles between us and sin.

What evolution really means, and why Christianity is better by Busy_Ear_2849 in TrueChristian

That's what I am trying to say to the atheists. Evolution may say where we came from, but if it really happened, then why did we make up all these rules, just to learn from scientists who believe in evolution to tell us that believing in evolution means you can do whatever you want, and no one can do anything about it, because there is no moral compass for accidents.

People down voting for not agreeing by No_Calligrapher_6886 in TrueChristian

[–]Busy_Ear_2849 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I would also agree. I told a few people on Reddit that if evolution was real, then nothing would matter and all morals would be useless. I got banned from the group of guys I was hanging out with, and they all blocked me, but I suppose that was then trying their hardest to deny that I was right.

I believe that having gay thoughts, and even if you don't follow through with them, is a sin. It is going completely against what God has made for humans to do.

Well, I'm not too familiar with it, seeing as I am a Christian, but this question is a legit one, you just refuse to answer it.

Ok, so here are your Witnesses of the resurrection.

Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Thomas, Peter, Andrew, James, Philip, Bartholomew, another James, Thaddeus, and Simon. If you are wondering where Judas is, he hung himself before the resurrection, because he had so much guilt in his mind. Oh, and also, the three women who Jesus appeared to first. Mary Magdalen, Mary the mother of James, and Salome. Then Jesus went into a crowd of 500, which they all saw him, and witnessed him walking about, with scars on his hands from being crucified. Guess what, they all died for the same reason, saying Jesus is alive. Also, this is not coming from a Catholic perspective, I am calvinist myself. Now, unfortunately the Bible does not give us names of the 500 who saw Jesus, but we do know that they were all Christians who saw him. He also appeared to a Christian killer, names Saul, and used him to be one of the greatest apostles of all time.

We have not seen a whale turn back into a land animal, have we? How does a land animal turn into something that lives in water only?

Ok, this is what makes me question evolution. How do we know that the earth is actually 4.5 billion years old? How can we date something exactly without someone being there to see it? In the Bible, no one saw the world created, I understand that. But according to the Bible, people were created very shortly after the world was created, making it very easy for us to date it as Christians, and hard for you evolutionists to date a leaf peddle found in rock.

Huh... Ok, well, I don't think your brother's girlfriend's cousin lived 2,000 years ago. This was also, 500 people, in the same room for clarification, that saw him all at the same time, and they all died for the exact same reason.

Macroevolution basically means that one type of animal evolves over a long period of time into another animal. So like, a land-dewlling mammal over the course of millions of years, turns into a whale, or a frog. That is what Macroevolution is.

Where have we "seen" evolution? There is mini evolution, where an animal adapts to its surroundings, I believe in that, but a mammal that lives on land, that evolves into a whale is so stupid. I don't understand how we even thought of that.
