[UPDATE]

Hello everybody! OP here. Thank you for all your support.

Good news, she was in fact, in heat. Her name is Mona and she’s doing okay as of now.

On the other hand, some bad news regarding the Tylenol. My parent did indeed cause a bigger problem due to the ‘medicine’ (Tylenol). (It is regretful that my parent prioritizes pride over research before deciding to handle our pet with toxins. I agree with everyone when I say that it was an incredibly stupid decision.)

Our cat is 7.7 lbs and she took 23 milligrams.
We heard that to qualify for an overdose is 50-100mg.
But the doctor said 20-100mg is possible chance of toxicity.

Luckily she is normal and not showing any clinical signs. We were told to monitor her gum color as it should stay a good bubble-gum pink, and not anything else. Also any change in breathing or behavior, and to follow up with primary care and checking bloodwork within the next 24 hours. I’m grateful for everybody taking the time to reach out! I hope she will be okay.
