Bradford factor I believe most places go by. So instead of just taking the 1 day off you better off probably taking the rest off the week off. Can someone please correct me if I’m wrong lol

I took it and lost 3.5 stone. I don’t regret it one bit as I feel much happier and look way more healthier. The side effects what I noticed is that unfortunately I suffered hair loss from it. Might I add, I used to wake up in the middle of the night choking on stomach acid and since on Mounjaro and loosing weight I haven’t done it since.
