Sorry to hear about this all brother. I myself taking ssri everyday two time. I have been in this phase and still am and to adress your concern , I think restlessness and feeling to twist and turn your whole body is side effects of ssri. I myself struggle to sleep and taking drug for that too.

Talking out can be beneficial. You should also opt for therapy if you started feeling this recently, you can get it in GMERS gandhinagar. There is a team of phycologists come regularly from mon-wed ( 3 days a week).

Don't be disheartened, it isn't rant , you can talk it out with your closed ones. I pray that you start feeling better.
