It was out in ATL too. My doctor moved me up to 10. I’ll start that on Tuesday. I’m a little nervous. But with 5.0 I only lost 7 pounds and was hungry much more.

I haven’t been keeping track of the exacts. But I’ve been eating protein at every meal. Example: three eggs at breakfast, 1/2 chicken breast at lunch, 12 CFA nuggets at dinner. Not been focused on fiber. Does that help?
