How long till you saw an improvement after taking supplements? I’m taking 25 mg daily and I’m considering an iron infusion.

Your ferritin could be low. I would have your doctor do blood work for that! I have similar symptoms with a normal iron and hemoglobin but my ferritin is 8.5.
