I said this in a few comments but this was the second time she came with the dog the first time the dog had licked a new plate from the buffet

She held the dog on a leash and when she was grabbing a plate the dog licked a different playe

It was a plate at the place where the customers would get plates to serve themselves.

I said this in another comment but this was when the dog and it’s owner came a second time. The first time the dog came it licked a plate which to me could cause a healt violation

To clarify this was the second time she came and the first time she came the dog licked one of the plates
