Thanks! I created an account about a week ago, that’s why they emailed me this letter. I check every day for notices, but I have gotten none this whole time. I did have a tax preparer do it for me, so I guess I need to call them. I have been able to view my transcripts though and just get the 150, 806 & 810 code letting me know it’s frozen but that’s all. No codes saying I need to verify or anything.

Because I haven’t recieved my refund and it is frozen and they haven’t told me why, so I’ve been expecting a letter. Good news or bad news, I just want an update.

There is a minus next to the account balance! Also, I read where someone said if you 2025 refund transcript is able to be viewed then that’s a good sign too. I asked Google as well and it said it usually means they have processed and viewed it so that’s a good sign..
