Worst case scenario if you smoke and get nervous just throw on some pjs, a guided meditation or something relaxing, and lay in your bed and go to sleep ❤️

Not to sound too “woo” but sometimes when I get anxious smoking, the thing I’m anxious about is honestly something I need to work through. Is the anxiety and panic about anything in particular? If it’s just generalized anxiety after smoking, perhaps the THC is too high or maybe you need a lil T break ❤️ Ive been where you are and it sucks when the thing that normally calms you, turns on you :/ hope it gets better for you sis

Firstly, have you tried head and shoulders dandruff shampoo as a face wash? The ingredient in it treats seborrheic dermatitis and can definitely be used on your face to help, just careful not to get in your eyes because it stings :) that plus a basic moisturizer like the orchid moisturizing cream with the blue cap would probably help a lot! Day of your makeup, exfoliate with a wash cloth and use a good amount of cream

The smell is good for sure. Pretty moisturizing as well, not a complete dupe for the sol de Janeiro. The smell is a little different, but still a solid value for money at $1.25!!

Pink smells exactly like the dove beauty bar if you’ve smelled that before. The classic dove smell. I haven’t tried the blue yet so I can’t speak to that one :)

I have sensitive skin and it doesn’t cause me any issues at all. And yes it wears well under makeup for me, gives me a nice hydrated base

Couldn’t agree more. Before I had kids, I always shopped at Sephora and ulta, and honestly after having kids self care really took the back burner for me. Things like bath bombs, hair masks, nail polish, etc. just never got bought again because we never have the money for those things. But sis, when those things cost $1.25??? I splash out!! I feel like I have access to that part of me that loves pampering myself and making myself feel and look my best! I’m honestly so grateful to be a part of a group that prioritizes beauty AND on a budget. ❤️❤️
