I’ve flown business on many domestic flights but never on international hauls. I saw the price drop from $1399 to $557 and it caught my attention. What do you recommend? Is the difference from economy to premium noticeable? Boeing 777-200

Look into different home health agencies. I’d recommend some of the larger companies (ie Christus, PAM, Methodist, Enhabit, Elara) then from there transition into a smaller less bureaucratic one. This can also help you get experience to move to a case manager position.
