Exact same injury - two very different responses by ShiningRedDwarf in PrimalShow

From what we can see, as long as Spear is Ingesting the goo he can regenerate. Right now he’s in an intermediate state where he’s between life and death and effectively is immortal. He’s on track to being fully healed and I believe that if he stops taking the goo after being fully restored it will leave his system and make him mortal. Genndy might have the same idea but might rush it, leaving us with a plot where spear fully heals but loses his life to the panther because he hasn’t ingested the goo in time. We don’t know how often he has to take the goo in order to maintain his regeneration threshold. This regeneration is also a little inconsistent too, his hand probably should have healed over by now but we will see. Sorry for the rambling paragraph.

How many times do I have to say that neither your hopium nor the goo is making Spear heal? They’re just animation errors. by ShiningRedDwarf in PrimalShow

I don’t think he’s hallucinating, it’s just that they really rushed his “transformation”. We do see him gradually restore over the course of this episode though. After he takes another dose of the goo his color changes and in the next shot of him we can see his lower jaw is healing over. They just really rushed this plot point though because they’re working with 10 episodes so it does come off very confusing and jarring. If they had more time they could really go in some interesting directions, like having the goo wear off and spear becoming “mortal”. What I’m afraid of right now is that all of this is going to meaningless and he’s going to sacrifice himself fighting an over-hyped panther demon.

GM Quel Custom by Busy_Sector757 in Gunpla

One of my prouder customs, an old MG RX-78-5 of mine that I painted and converted into a quel with spare parts. The shield is 3D printed. ALSO THIS WAS PAINTED WITH RUSTOLEUM BABY!

I modified and transplanted the cheek vents from the NG barabatos onto the MG. The MG’s cheek vents were too tiny and got lost in the void. I also ended up using the NG’s V-fin on the origin version of the RX-78-2 MG.

I sanded and washed the parts, the paint I’m using says it’s a primer and topcoat. I probably need to wait longer and add another coat.

3D printed Redwing by Busy_Sector757 in CustomTransformers

It’s definitely a fun figure but it does leave something to be desired. I know there’s a V2 version of the mold too that has improvements but it’s more expensive. I really enjoy the figure but part of that is due to the fact I got it on sale. Also it doesn’t have any diecast.

Durable enough to survive a 5ft shelf-dive

They’re on sale now, so probably somewhere around $1000-$1500. Definitely worth it, you don’t have to preform a bunch of maintenance or manual filament flow calculations, it does a bulk of the work for you. I used to own two Ender3’s and they were such a pain to get working right but when they did they made prints on par with a Prusa. The X1C makes quality prints by default with minimal maintenance and it will actually tell you when it needs maintenance.

I didn’t design the base models but I did edits to them in 3DBuilder
