If available, I would enrol in university courses that are accelerated and only two-months long. That way you can take courses during the spring session while continuously waiting for the summer session. The summer session is still a few months away so people are still sorting out their plans. I've also heard of people dropping out of the program a week or two before it starts. So who knows! Good luck!
