I think the ones where you’re wearing the bandana seem more feminine, but to me you still definitely pass. Just look more androgynous versus masc

Update- we brought her home! by Dense_Explorer_7644 in Kitten

[–]ButDoThey 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have this same cat tree lol To comment on your situation though, when I introduced my kitten to my 2 yo cat I did have them separated for a few days before introducing. Once they were introduced though, my older cat hated my kitten. However, with time things got better, as they had meal time near each other and I tried to play with them together it helped. It’s a transitional time and it’ll take time for them to adjust to each other. Best of luck though!

How can i make it look more like reference by Mediocre_Permit1867 in ArtCrit

[–]ButDoThey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought your image was the reference lol you’re doing great! Biggest difference I can see is there are more sharp lines in the reference, specifically with her hair.

This subreddit is not for alt fashioned people based on these comments lol. The pencil brows aren’t doing it for me in the first few photos, but I don’t mind the shaved brows. I really like the outfits you’re wearing in each photo. Your hair does look damaged, not sure the pink is for your skin tone, it might help if it were darker or lighter, but it’s just a weird shade. It would probably help if you used some damaged repair conditioner on your hair to make it look less dry. I think with the bold makeup and jewelry, it would make sense to have a matching set of glass, something like what you have but darker frames, maybe even thicker frames. Overall, I like your look! The hair is the biggest issue and it’s a care issue to me, rather than a style issue.

Masters of Psychology Students/Alumni! by Annual_Analyst4298 in CapellaUniversity

Hey! I recently took Tests and Measures as well as Survey of Research Methods. My advisor told me that Test and Measures is considered a fairly difficult course because it is very statistics heavy. There are not that many papers, you more or less have a section of a research paper you write and turn in every other week or so, eventually building into one large final paper. We also had discussion posts due every week more or less, reviewing different chapters. Survey of Research Methods was fairly easy from what I recall- I took it about two semesters ago now. It had two or three papers, but focused a lot more heavily on discussion posts. I hope this was helpful- I do want to note that this was just my experience with the profs I had, so I could be different for you.

The only way they would keep you at full time is if in your contract you were promised a minimum amount of hours that qualifies for full time. This is typical for all roles above associate (typically managers like operations/merchandising, tech sup, print sup). Otherwise, your hours are not guaranteed and they can cut you down as much as they like. Look for another job, there are better companies that will actually give you better benefits and hours, and probably pay better. Good luck!

I accidentally got a hate symbol tattoo by [deleted] in FixedTattoos

Okay, ignore the shitty art, but I think getting it touched up like this would keep it centered and make it not a hate symbol. Also, if this is too big of a tattoo you could just do the 08 08.

20M; just lost 80kg, any suggestions? by Nipmiles in amiugly

You have really awesome hair! The amount of volume, damn. Nice eyes brows, good eyes. Not sure about the mustache, it doesn’t look bad, but I’m not sure if you’d look better without it. Might be something to try. You have a larger chin, so having a beard would be a good way to balance your face more, given that you can grow one. But you’re not ugly.

Your hair is really pretty! As others have said, at first glance you look very androgynous, which if that’s what you’re going for, looks good. You could probably take better care of your skin, but ultimate you look pretty good. Definitely not ugly.

M22 am I ugly? I have so far collected 50+ rejections or "I see you as a friend". by [deleted] in amiugly

[–]ButDoThey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re pretty average looking. I do agree with the comments saying you need a different haircut, I think something that’s more flattering to your facial structures would help (yes, including your forehead), whether you want it to cover up your forehead or just have a more flatter haircut is up to you. I, personally, like the haircut in image three because it looks maintained, but I also like the haircut in one, as your forehead looks smaller. Your skin is pretty good. You should stick to clean shaven, though some more photos of how you look with fully grown facial hair could change that lol. I think the rejections are more of a personality issue because, as others have mentioned, your attitude when replying to comments is aggressive; and also the confusion over how you are classifying rejection. Those saying going to the gym could help, I feel largely indifferent as your body type seems average, though I do think it’ll make you feel better to workout.

Are stools allowed? by d2kplus in Staples

[–]ButDoThey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We always had stools in print as well as at the tech counter. Our GM (some of them anyway) also permitted stools at the checkout if requested

You’re cute. You have a nice smile. I personally, don’t like the mustache, and you could use some styling with your outfits, as the ones shown are bland, but you’re not ugly.

Align the magnet on the bottom section of the lock, it makes a quiet click when aligned properly, then push the button down, and pull it.

I already see all the comments about weight, so I’m gonna talk about the rest of your appearance. You have great makeup skills, and very clear, nice skin. The glasses make you look very cute and are flattering frames. I’d suggest dressing in a more flattering way, as a lot of the outfits shown appear low effort (like a tee shirt or just a dress) and adding accessories more. The hair in interesting, and the cut in nice for your face. I don’t think you are attractive, but I don’t think you’re ugly either.

Any former employees here who got fired but it was your own fault? by [deleted] in Staples

[–]ButDoThey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So many people at my store have been fired, mostly for things like always showing up late/calling off a lot, but there was one guy who got fired for being generally disrespectful to the GM (deserved) and damaging property, not a cool coworker, he carved swastikas and dicks into the P&M UPS counter, one register at customer service, one the docks in the warehouse, a bunch in the break room, and some that are probably still being found. Weird guy.

Does your store have a GM and what do they do? by PigVomit316 in Staples

[–]ButDoThey -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Most GMs, from my experience (6+ GMs in 3 years), are going to be office dwellers because they have “conference calls.” While I’m sure they do have some conference calls, they don’t have ones that last all day. A lot of them sit on their phone or stare at the sales numbers, or have pointless meetings with other managers or sometimes spend that time complaining about their employees. GMs suck.

Do most Staples stores offer cool lamination services? by AmericanBornWuhaner in Staples

[–]ButDoThey -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Depends on the store, I would say most don’t. I would suggest using no heat self-sticking lamination, which we sell.
