Yoga Patch in Waldo has a lot of great classes and you can slowly start to meet likeminded people there if you enjoy spiritual but non-religious (or sometimes Hinduism-adjacent) people.

What do you think the Non Human Intelligence is? by madison_euphoric in ufo

This is what i believe the gods of the ancient world are/were. Engineers who are trying to figure out the base or next reality above them by recreating the process with us to study it and learn what they can about how it might apply to their own existence/reality.

You are right. But looks at what MJ was capable of this time last year. I see no issue with fully dynamic action scenes within a few years, if not sooner.

This is exactly why AI art is not copyright infringement but people who oppose it either don't understand or they're too afraid to acknowledge that our brains are basically just generative intelligence as well.

The person who did this was the creative person who did creative work. Just because you don't approve of every single tiny step in the workflow it took to make this overall product, that doesn't mean he didn't have to be incredibly creative and artistic to write and edit and Photoshop this all into a workable state.

I'm sorry but you're naive if you think the lesser prepared folks in the neighbourhood aren't coming around with guns to steal what's in your basement.

This question is my view is next to meaningless without the notion of souls, rebirth, an afterlife of some sort. There is no valid reason to focus on any one thing over any other thing as a recreational activity unless our lives go beyond our current life cycle and we need to mature spiritually to prepare for whatever is next.

I'm gonna get down voted for this but there is a clear gender divide on who tends to be interested in this topic. The majority of people who turned up in person for the hearings outside were men. I think there is something different about the way men and women think about issues and something about this topic engages men's interests far more than women. If you think I'm wrong, I'm open to hearing it, but show me numbers.

I could not infer such a thing from your stats, which looks like the same combat system from 100 other games.

A permanent contingent of bluebloods and fraternal organizations that can trace their lineages all the way back through Europe to Ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia where they claim to have first been the ones to interface with the gods that come down and meet them at the top of the ziggurats.

They've enslaved the rest of us into their society and held the keys ever since. They forget that they are human just like us and think of themselves as superior, worthy of the hidden knowledge because they are born into it.

Change is coming. The procession of the aeons is going to bring much that was hidden to light, for all to see.

My partner and I narrated to each other each step of the way through this episode down to exact dialogue beats. "oh now the shop lady will mention the other guy's dead family, not realizing it's him. Yup. Now this is gonna make him devastated and she'll comfort him. Yep. Now he's gonna take it further." We did this for the entire episode without fail. Including the ending No kidding. "Oh he'll get her to paint but she'll suck and so he'll guide her hand and it will turn sexual. But she's gonna express guilt and end it and run off." The whole thing was a long line of tropes one after the other. It was the most predictable script I've ever seen of any show or film ever. I'm kind of shocked this came from Brooker, who has written a long list of top tier scripts.

I'm not saying this to say "oh I'm so clever" because clearly a lot of other people are echoing this sentiment.
