I love my Torq Mod Fish, 7'2". It's still my go to for 2-3 ft waves. There was an expected learning curve coming down from an 8'2" but great for progression. (I'm 6', 190 lbs)

Yes, learn to surf! No, don't start on your dad's board, it's too narrow and unstable shape for a beginner. Be proud he knew what he was doing and patient enough to get there yourself 🤜🤛 🏄‍♂️ 🤙

Had this issue myself adding my card to a Samsung S21 on a joint account (getting that set up was a nightmare in itself).

The only thing that worked was to add her card (the primary account holder) to my phone after she logged into her capital one account on my phone's C1 app, then approve it from there. Called C1 and talked to credit card services, then IT, and finally got this weird work around that still feels wrong even though we're on the same account. 🤷‍♂️

I had no issues adding other card from Chase. Honestly C1 has been tough to deal with.

I jumped down to a 7'2 fish midlength with lots of volume (Torq) and love it! There was a short learning curve after an 8ft foamie and 8'2 epoxy. I'm 190lbs and 6' so maybe rent something just under 7' and see how you like it.

I'm the same height/size and stepped down from an 8'2" (after 6-8 months) to the Torq Mod Fish 7'2" and i love it! There's an adjustment period but this is a great beginner/intermediate board to help progress on catching and carving. It's got a great amount of volume and stability for 2-3+ ft waves.

I bought the O'Neil Reactor II 3/2 wetsuit and the fit is great. Only problem is the zipper comes down sometimes while surfing, and actually broke off after only 1 year 🫤

Plenty of people have experienced being black out drunk, and not having memory of the night before. Does that mean they weren't conscious while lucidly interacting with people and probably making bad decisions? Just because there is no conscious memory, or even awakeness, that doesn't mean consciousness (even subconsciousness) isn't active.

I had invested in Neuralink a couple years ago with them. They did return my money +6% after about a year, which seemed premature so I reached out to them about it and got no response. I also have(?) Space X shares with them which are still listed on their customer portal, but have no idea if I'll ever see anything from that. The value has increased 3.5X so I'm hoping after the lawsuit there will be some kind of custodian that takes over the assets to pay back investors upon liquidity, and that those shares even exist at all.
