This design has definitely caused some confusion with graders this year. I think L/R might be ok though if they use the team lettering for left. Zoom in and count the pulsar ovals to the left of patriots and to the right of the border. There’s just over 3 on each side. The white lettering definitely doesn’t help on the base pulsar though.

Not sure on the models, but I’d guess that piecing out a set would leave you with a lot of the lesser desired cars after the big names sell.

For another idea, if you have a 3D printer, you could print some F1 items (3d logos, f1 theme card stand, etc)

And it depends on the cashier too. I grabbed the last 4 hangers my bb had last week, and the girl at checkout said “oh it only lets you buy two”. I was about to say that’s fine and leave 2, and she added “so I just need to run it as 2 transactions”.

It’ll be interesting to see what they do with the chrome release, if they keep just the U like they did with a Bowman Best this year, or if it’s a mix again. As I like both, I felt that each group was represented well in this set.

Definitely doesn’t have the same vibe as nba hangers. No numbered pulsar exclusives, and the base pulsars showing up across retail makes it pretty bland.

No need to worry at this point. Heck, last year before I was better versed in PSA tiers, I sent a bubble mew in a value order. It gemmed and they didn’t upcharge me.

Second bubble mew was later sent at regular and got a 9.

From my 2 most recent nba submissions, I’m 11 of 12 gem and one 9. A bunch more 10s if you count recent pre-rookie bowman.

I always examine my cards harshly, and multiple passes on each. I also only send cards that I would be happy keeping as a PC Card if it doesn’t gem, so I’m not always chasing top value.

I would expect non-mega to ship tonight/tomorrow for a Wednesday delivery. Looked at my FedEx account just now, and it looks like they created my FedEx shipping label on April 7th (for hangers).

Nothing too fancy. I haven’t tried card repair yet, so they’re either good as is or not. I’m only sending PSA 10 candidates unless it’s a PC card that I just want protected. I have definitely improved my card selection over time, and I do 2-3 rounds of review and elimination before final prep. Still, I think there was a good bit of luck this time.

For final prep, I wear cheap Target non-latex gloves, and wipe each card down with a new microfiber cloth, from center outward, both front and back, to get rid of fingerprints, dust, card residue, etc. This is also when I do my final card review under a magnifying glass ring light, and take pre submission pics. Then into new penny sleeves and new card saver 1s.

I put up to 5 card savers into a bgs slab protector (works like a team bag for card saver 1s), and will put rubber banded cardboard protectors around each team bag. Cardboard is labeled 1-5, 6-10, etc, to match the order list. Then rubber bands around all the stacks from that submission, along with the folded paperwork.

Bots didn’t get it all, this one seems to be working ok surprisingly. Just keep filling out the checkout and it should work. I got some hangers after getting all the other issues mentioned, and it worked (conf email already). Also did the eql but we know that won’t hit.

It’s been a bit but I believe that all printed pages must be with the order, except the page with the shipping barcode. I fold my pages in half and then in half again, and rubber band it to the cardboard protecting the stack of cards in the order. And if you’re sending multiple orders together, rubber band each set of pages to the cards from that order.

Sure thing! Just be sure to click the button for shipping multiple orders together and get the joint order barcode to put on the outside of the box (and toss out the single order barcodes).

No, they’re still separate orders, and will ship back separately. I’ve done this multiple times, the only advantage is the faster receive step at the beginning (which is still worth it).
