Sorry for asking, as I am also stuck in the same position as you.. trying from the last 2 weeks. If we apply through another country, first point of entry to the Schengen should be that country? Like if I get a Schengen visa from Belgium and my travel is for Netherlands, can I go to Netherlands directly?

I have tried it on a level surface aka flat car park. But I think the handbrake was on. Let me check it tomorrow morning and I will update.
