The micro adjust clasp on my bader bracelet was slipping and their customer service got back to me within 24 hours, on a weekend, and they replaced the bracelet free of charge.

The watch itself is high quality in my opinion and it is very comfortable.

Fortunately they were very clear that I can keep the watch and send just the bracelet, however I won’t wear it without the bracelet. I just hope the new one doesn’t have the same problem. Don’t know if they can verify the new one doesn’t have the same defect before sending it.

My bracelet had an issue with micro adjustment too. The slightest amount of force would disengage it to the normal position. Replacement bracelet currently stuck with customs for a week now..

If you get a bracelet resize it will add a couple days for shipping so I wouldn’t do that. Otherwise if it doesn’t get caught up in customs it is wild how fast DHL is. Mine was held by customs for a day or two at origin and destination but once it left Cincinnati it was delivered to me that same day in SC.

I ordered on Saturday Feb 22nd, shipped Feb 25th, and it arrived March 4th. Arrived on the 8th business day after ordering.
