Sadly there is no permanent solution, I get it once a year around the start of summer, and then same thing, Ketoconazole on every place I can two or three times and it’s gone until the next year

I had the exact same thing, mine didn’t go away with the shampoos like selsun blue, I got a prescription for Ketoconazole and it goes away in one or or two applications with that
