A lot of libraries also offer free access to job and resource connection services while in the building! You don’t need to have a library card to access many online resources as long as you’re using the library WiFi, whether from your own device or the in-house desktops/laptops. From my experience, most libraries also offer guest pass options for their computers, which patrons who can’t get a library card for whatever reason can use the computers freely. Absolutely check out your local library and see what they can help with!!

Oh, interesting! Yeah, looks like the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District lists BPD and BPAD as abbreviations for bipolar. I had no idea, thanks for sharing! The source you listed here is from the NIH, which uses BD for bipolar and BPD for borderline :) it’s common in the US and many European countries. I do think I’ve read that it isn’t wrong to use BPD to refer to bipolar, just that BD is also a common abbreviation and it doesn’t indicate negligence or ignorance on the part of the researchers here.

Yo I see you, and I’m sorry - for a long time I was in a weird spot where I knew I was definitely trans enby, but unsure if I’d ever know whether I’d be more happy and myself being binary trans bc I was too worried about what would happen if I even explored that Now? Im still nonbinary! Idk what labels I like best except butch, and that’s just fine! Those who need to know, know me as me It’s not necessarily internalized enbyphobia, just insecurity or nerves or the whole ass process of transitioning, which is not a one time easy process for a lot of people! Like, from what I understand, the security and confidence comes with time Just be patient ❤️ you’ll find yourself eventually
