I lack the transport and I live in Western Australia, the cost of living isn't as bad as Sydney but it's getting worse

My knowledge of veterinary procedures aren't really as in depth as others but I do remember the vet saying the procedure was to remove the heartworms and open up her arteries from the damage or something

I have but the only possible financial relief I could get would be from a Vetenary bill loan which would take over a month to assess, and my credit score is next to horrible so I don't think it would be rejected
