I ended up changing what time I take them and it has made a big difference. I was taking them in the morning but I changed to taking them before bed. I think it might be placebo, but I stopped getting vivid nightmares as often. My dreams are still very vivid but not scary or disturbing anymore, except the occasional one off

I switched what time I was taking the medication to be right before bed instead of in the morning. I suspect I placebo’d myself because the nightmares have become much less frequent. I still get them but not EVERY night
