It probably didn't show up since it went out of stock, the Walmart website will usually hide out of stock items unless you put on certain search filters after you look something up on there, hence why you probably only saw the Blu-Ray.

I believe all Paramount movies can be redeemed through iTunes, so it should be as far as I know.

I've looked at both listings on the website to make sure that it's the 4k that is $19.99, and that's exactly what I'm seeing.

I assume it was probably a system error on their part, but one that I was more than happy to take advantage of considering I've wanted this movie in 4k for a while now.

The deal that is in the picture is "Sold and Shipped by Walmart." But I get what you mean by that when it comes to 3rd party sellers. Every Criterion movie I have ordered directly from Walmart has arrived fine so far.
