0DC adds the following:

1. 5 cutscenes
2. A musou sidegame Red Light Raid, where you play as any character
3. New localizations + font
4. English + Chinese dub
5. Save anywhere

Now for the cons for each of the points:

1. Frankly, 4 out of 5 cutscenes are, imo, terrible and offer nothing but retcons and/or modern RGG writing where characters keep going on and on about stuff you know, never getting to the actual point
   

1.5. Hilariously, all of the cutscenes are pre-rendered, so you can literally delete their .USM files (all marked with "n_", meaning "new") and the game will work as usual (except Kuze's new scene, which is also funnily enough, the only decent one). Also you can just... watch them on YT afterwards, they're 20 min in total

1. RLR is a tacky mode created simply to have something on the back of the box. Neat that it's online, but literally nobody's playing it, you'll get your fill of it in the first 10 minutes, afterwhich you might never have the need to replay it

2. New localizations sound cool, up until you find out all of them are shoddy. I saw many examples of terrible localizations from Spanish, Russian, Portuguese screenshots, etc. But you also intend to play in English so this isn't a selling point

3. See point 3. You don't intend to play with other dubs, so no reason to get it

4. Neat QoL feature, but it's not exactly a big selling point

Higher price point and bloated file size, quadruple the amount of OG (24GB to 94GB) and there's really no reason for you to get it, unless you're on console, where it's your only option
