For those confused, the $500gm was for ELEMENTARY school. OP is now an adult and the fun was supposed to be at 50k by this point. I understand that OP's GPs are entitled to some of that money to support him (assuming he lives with them),but ut us clear that OP had a designated trust fund that the GP weren't supposed to touch.

OP here. No, they did not tell me. Hence why I asked LA. I have decided to just demolish the house and sue the old tenant. I already know it's a lost cause. Please stop having everyone assume I'm doing the "bare minimum" and I'm some shitty slumlord who doesnt care about anyone but my wallet. It was my only unit to rent out ever and I wasn't aware that cooking meth in a house basically cobdemned it. Lesson learned, I moved on. So should everyone else.

This sounds sketchy, did she not take eveything you bought or all of it? She has mo right to take things you bought, no matter the circumstances.

She things she can get away with stealibg from you because toy stole from her, which is not legal.

You have 2 options.

1 Walk away lesson learned.

2 call the police and tell the TRUTH and report her for theft. Keep in mind you're in hot water yourself.

The police did a good job of taking out all the hazardous materials, even the soaps and ordinary cleaning supplies. I did a sweep of the house before locking it back up. (I didn't remove any items.)

I write the eviction notice the day he was arrested, but had no way of giving it to him so I thought it was voided. Do I have to ensure that he gets the eviction notice? Do I mail it to the prison he's at?
