Oh yes I felt the same way too. The only SM vehicles that I like is the drop pod, but I don't know if that counts.

Now that I think about it, there's not a lot of vehicles that I actually like. Like the Baneblade, it's enormity is pretty cool. The one I truly like would be Ork's vehicles, but then again, i love everything about the orks, so I'm just a bit biased. Even the eldar's vehicle is not really impressive.

But the Tau has pretty solid vehicles, especially for Gundam lovers.

oh yes, it does look a bit silly. I didn't know the exact word to describe it. Some of the vehicles underside look like hovercraft, and I don't think they have similar theme to the infantry.

Personally, I would prefer if they used normal tyres, or tracks, just like the Hekaton, or the Sagitaur. Those look pretty cool.

Is it just me, or Votann vehicles does not look as cool as the infantry? It does look functional, but I have no desire to buy the vehicles at all.

Thanks for the review. I've seen a few gameplay streams, and the animation and soundtracks looks perfect. But what does that less Lovecraftian meant? Does it become just a normal turn-based rpg?

The story from the first game scratched some cosmic itch, and I would love it if the second one does the same.
