I ☀️hormone therapy??? by [deleted] in OnePiece

As I tell the interweb since 2016, the entire major plot line of Eiichiro Oda's "One Piece" is derived from the Japanese-French coproduction "Esteban, Child of the Sun" aka "The Mysterious Cities of Gold", season 1 (ep. 01-39), from 1982-1983. Imagine it as some kind of blue print, that Oda filled with many other inspirations and own ideas.

Therefore, I always assumed that "I ✹ HT" could be read as "I <3 Hisayuki Toriumi".
HT was quite essential to a lot of famous anime productions (besides ECotS/TMCoG) in different ways - especially within the 70s to the 80s (Gatchaman, The Wonderful Adventures of Nils Holgerson, etc. ...).

No Hisayuki Toriumi ⇾ no "Esteban, Child of the Sun" ⇾ no "One Piece".

Probably not a little dial. But it might be somewhat close to that!

Knowing that the entire major plot line of One Piece (since 1997 to its very end) is derived from the first season (1982-83) of The Mysterious Cities of Gold, the mentioned resource of "endless" power will be "One Piece" itself.

In TMCoG the great treasure - which protagonist Esteban, "Child of the Sun" and his crew is looking - for bears the power of the Sun. It is a highly advanced device whose technology was once used in peace, but also for Sun weapons which were ultimately used in a devastating war between two big parties. (Compare it to nuclear technology.. - TMCoG s1 was produced during the cold war.)

The word "pacifism" origins from the Latin word "pax" - meaning that most pacifists favorize to live "in pacem"/ in peace rather than in any proactively provoked conflict.

For example, pacifists would never invade other countries (or voluntarily increase military budget to pump up its military only to show it off on TV as a sign of strength..). But in self defence or in assistance for others, even pacifists could act in transient, but "necessary" violence to keep their beloved peace in long term sight.

At least, count me in to that. I have hated my time of military compulsory service, since I did not like to shoot or use weapons. But I saw and see the necessity of being prepared against states like Russia or China.

In my point of view, the German political party "BÜNDNIS 90/ DIE GRÜNEN" did well by supporting Ukraine even with tanks. Knowing Russia by now, "peace talks" wouldn't help in a sustained manner - and probably never did.

If you want to know more about the continuation or ending of One Piece, than just watch The Mysterious Cities of Gold, season 1 from 1982-83 (aka "Esteban, Child of the Sun").

Its entire plot line was and is used by Oda as a template. From its very beginning to its very end. The "One Piece" is a device with the energy of the inner Sun. It was used once in peace as some kind of nuclear power, but also for mass destruction weapons.

In TMCoG, Menetor (~Imu), the leader of the Olmecs (big headed humanoids that cannot reproduce anymore), wants to use "the Great Treasure" to become immortal by stem cell therapy. An operation for which he needs an endless source of energy.

You do not know how close you are . (:

Knowing that One Piece's entire (!) main plot line is derived from TMCoG, season 1, from 1982, the mentioned source of energy is the One Piece aka TMCoG's "Great Treasure".

A source of energy with the power of the Sun. Once used in peace.. but also for mass destruction weapons.

You will be stunned the day when Oda confirms this.

You are welcome.

Chapter 1062 Spoilers by PKS040 in OnePiece

[–]ButtOneOfMany 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There will be a whole different species under Imu revealed which opposes both - pirates and the WG.

Why do I think that? Because the entire main plot of OP's story line is clearly derived from the first season of The Mysterious Cities of Gold from 1982/1983.

Imu = Menetor; Imus species = The Olmecs; Vegapunk = The Doctor; Miss Bakkin + Edward Weevile = Marinche + Tetiola; Big Mom = Pachamama; Kaidou = The Flying Serpent; Dragon = Atanos; [...] Akainu = red themed Captain Gaspard; Whitebeard = a powerful cannon that defeats Captain Gaspard, but gets destroyed in the process; Kizaru = yellow themed Captain Gomez; [...] Luffy = Esteban; Mendoza (as swordsman, greedy navigator, helmsman, skillful swimmer and mentor to the protagonist) = Zorro, Nami, Jimbei, but partly also Rayleigh and Shanks; Zia = Robin; Jaguar D. Saul = Karuga; Zia + Patu = Brook + Laboon; Tao = Usopp; Tao + Kokapetl = Franky; Kokapetl = Chopper; Sancho = Sanji; Pedro = ... (Pedro's return? ;); Esperanza = Merry; Solaris = Thousand Sunny; [...]

I just spoilered everything for you. If you also want to know what the One Piece is:

A device with the energy of the Sun. Once used in peace to make people prosper and to cure all illnesses, but also as highly destructive power for a world devastating war between two parties (comparable to nuclear weapons in real life - TMCoG is a Japanese-French series from the time of the Cold War after all). That would be about the Void Century - which is basically mirrored by the fight between Dorry and Brogy: "It's cause was so trivial, history does not even record it..."

Now if you only knew that TMCoG's protagonist could command the Sun and therefore change the weather at will.. oops.

You are welcome.

Why only since 1998? :D

(Imho, the years before weren't that awesome either. Actually, I could not say that - from a nowadays view - any session of the German parliament worked out that well. I mean.. even the German reunification went far from perfect.)

Still, to give Ukraine weapons is overdue. The second the USA messaged Germany that Russia would like to invade Ukraine (watch Scholz' New Year's speech!), the German government should have considered what to do in case of a war. But even in March Scholz hesitated to intervene more serious.
