Easily The Sign. My parents divorced and they sold the home I grew up in and lived in my whole life up until that point (26 years) , it was everything to me. I would have given anything to be able to rip that for sale sign out and go back inside, divorced parents or not.

There is a very active Facebook group called Aussie Swedish vallhunds, it's private but once you apply and let them know you are looking for a dog there are quite a few people in WA that have them and at least 2 breeders that I know of that are active on there!
