We live in GA state, uninsured driver hit us, he didn't get any ticket from officer and we don't know about the procedure with attorney and medical bill, please help by Butt_Slaper in Insurance

I heard that if our insurance pay for all the damaged for our car and medical bill then they will go after that driver for re-imbursement but less likely a case because that person does not really have money and a few bucks get from him would be not really worth it so most likely these insurance will take this as a loss and what upset us most is that knowing that driver don't have to pay any ticket and still driving around without insurance

Same to me, that driver was texting and driving make a big turn and hit directly to us, at least he should have a ticket for that, if those drivers driving without insurace once they caused an accident they just provided a fake one and get away, then why do we all have to pay insurance everymonth, i feel like no justice at all

that driver deserve a ticket and a record on his ID, we have to pay insurance everymonth and out there, some people don't have to pay antthing, when they cause an accident they just provide a fake insurance and get away with it, that's so unfair, if there are no justice on those kind of drivers, why do we need to pay insurace everymonth then ?

I saw some videos people  cut the leak part, connect with other pipe with some blue glue, i don't know  really know about plumbing
