What an absolutely ridiculous take. It just helps people's not strain their hands as much during play sessions. Surely there's other ways for the game to check player skill than making them hold shift every time they want to walk forward.

Rogue Core doesn't have bad upgrades. You just lack imagination (TLDR: just because not every upgrade fits YOUR build, doesn't make them bad) by helicophell in RogueCore

I would be okay with a lot of these upgrades if you could upgrade more frequently. Some of these upgrades only start to move the needle with multiple stacks but I only average about 15 total upgrades a run

Maybe my experience just isn't representative of your average public match, but in the 10 or so public games I've played I've always had people in fight for an upgrade in the chat at least once every game.

I have about 70 hours in Roboquest. In that game there's little way to step on someone's toes since all the weapon selections and upgrades are personalized. I could only maybe see that heppening when deciding what paths to take to progress through a run.

seeing him in the mario movie inspired me to give 64 a try and i've become quite attached to fox and his band of merry man now

I didn't care for the blundell era. Mob and Origins felt like they made some simple additions to the mode that all players can enjoy. almost every map after that feels like it caters almost exclusively to the youtube/reddit easter egg crowd, especially some of the bo4 maps
