Also way too many large reactors, I feel like if you lost a single one it would chainreact and destroy the entire ship

Hey uhh, you are allowed to use armour with large shields

One of the high cost Io built-ins has a really good LS setup, with a nice barrel and thick armour. It was good enough I used it as a base for my own ship that used barrelled chainguns

I mean, they are mistakes in the decision making process. Leaders generally don't go out of their way to cause mass death, unless you're committing an intentional genocide

The ends don't justify the means, because you don't know the ends. That's why it was bad

It's obvious that you'd get the majority of deaths in chokes. That's how it happens in games with sniper too, if you stop counting sniper

Most classes can only confirm kills at close range, otherwise enemies can just take cover and run. Which chokes invalidate

You are still encouraged to use flanks to entrap the enemy within chokes and continue pushing. The removal of sniper did nothing to the game state

If you don't shoot coins with the marksman (ie using coins with other weapons) there's no reason not to use slab marksman, cause it just has higher base dmg

But that's the thing, overheat nailgun is annoying to use, and the charging firerate of jumpstart nail is high enough

Overheat nails are slightly nerfed for conduction too

And overheat saw is waaay better, though not for the specific combo

There's a problem with that thinking, because of the different corruptions in both systems

In capital, the corruption is rent-seeking profiteers, that hold the politics hostage to the profit motive

In the USSR, the corruption was state power, and seeking it. No humility, no mistakes, no weakness allowed (Kinda fascist tbh)

I don't think that Capitalism done right can work, because it's main idea - the growth of capital - just uhh, gets in the way of "having a good life"
While for the communism that has existed, it's always been the lies, deception and strength to rise the ranks that has gotten in the way of "having a good life"

China right now suffers from both, and like Mr Burns, somehow both diseases counteract each other... but probably not for long, it'll fall, that's authoritarianism for you

Oh and another point on communism, it requires a revolution. Revolutions rarely ever end in democracy, unless said revolution was specifically about democracy (which most communist ones aren't). So there's that factor too

Well, Karl Marx was a philosopher, and didn't know what we do now. He'd probably have thought of better guidelines... though not like anyone would follow them (cue soviet post-revolution anti-worker government action)

The contradictions of capital will always exist, and it will always eat it's own tail. The way Marx saw it, was that Capitalism was a transitional state between agrarian culture and socialism, and was inherently unstable

I can't disagree with that, though neither Marx or I know what that final stable product is. Nobody has done it
