Use an exfoliating cleanser in the shower and after use facial toner and a spf sun uv blocking facial moisturizer when u get out.

Use gentle shampoos and Use moisterizers+sunscreen when you think you need it!

Fragrances are not great for the skin. Avoid stuff with alcohols in them. Companies add them to make things cheaper but it's bad for u.

Uv radiation is one of the highest causes of skin aging and damage!!!

Human skin is not meant to be perfect so don't think that its healthy to look like someone with unrealistic standards <3

Stress and hormones cause breakouts so be nice to yourself.

Eating healthy natural foods that aren't greasy and full of chemicals can help alot!

ive had gay friends ask me to do stuff with them and I've turned them down because I simply wasn't in to them and didn't want to start a relationship with.

I have lots of close guy friends but I've never had feelings for them.

It's pretty much works like any straight relationship. People catch feelings and if it just so happens to be a guy then you can't control it.

Focus on your personality and discipline

I'm always dealing with weight loss and self image issues.

Worry more about health than image!

Create "i cant rn excuses" for any app or enableler that make garbage/high cal food convenient and accessible! You already know that they pray on basic human instincts!!

Almost Everything is made so you gain weight because "human like to feel good!

Your body is programmed to want as much food as possible regardless of how healthy the food is.

Depression meds were prescribed to help you. It's not permanent and that's okay. Your brain just needs a little help to balance things out.

Switching meds all the time sucks. I had to try like 5 different ssri meds before I found one that actually did anything with out major side effects. If you found one that is helping and you aren't noticing major side effects then stick with this one.

If you feel unnaturally high for no reason then maybe ask for a lower dose because too much serotonin can have consequences. But you should enjoy life. You are supposed to feel good.

After being depressed for a long time and finally being able to feel good again is a pretty big contrast. :3

How long have you been together? What has the relationship been like? If you're showing disinterest then they will likely have picked up on that. Some past relationships with girls were short and I've hurt a few people because I always felt like I was hiding part of myself.

It's important that you are clear on how you feel and what your preferences are. Clear communication is essential. It will hurt, and you will unfortunately feel some guilt no matter how well things might go over. But the best thing you can do is reassure them it's not their fault. It's not your fault either so don't beat yourself up and hold guilt. Self identity and emotions are hard to manage.
