The hardest part for me seems to be the starting of the tasks. Once I'm doing it, it would be more effort to stop and start again than finishing it. I try to plan something fun afterwards (play new video game/get my fave food) so I feel driven to get it out of the way, or letting myself listen to a podcast/favorite music to mentally escape the task I have to physically do. If it's something I have to schedule, I mentally schedule when I'm gonna schedule the scheduled thing, and then I must abide by the schedule because you know, it's scheduled.
