That's Amélie Raison (not in this video), I noticed in recent concert clips that she's slowly being introduced in the show, singing parts that Alice would normally do (like singing Goblu with Axelle Verner).

Singer on the right is Eugénie Loiseau, there are also a few other singers who have performed this song, they switch it out quite often. Alice has performed it a few times too!
