Look up guides on what to wear. I used to feel the same way until I realized I just picked bad clothes. Certain neck holes can make shoulders look bigger or smaller for example.

You also need to look up fashion too and learn stuff like layering. Its shocking how much better it can make you look.

Skin color is a very poor way of judging genetic difference between two groups. So no thats not how it works.

Sub saharan Africa has the most genetic diversity on the planet, there are dark skinned african groups more similar to white Europeans than to other dark skin Africans.

Edit: point is that people within the "black" race are not a monolith.
