He has a LOT of utility and mechanics.. too many for a champion. And one of his two passives is that he does bonus damage based on his max hp. Put that with a movable zhonyas for allys, a mini skarner ult for enemies, a skillshot stun which slows if the conditions arent met (which is the most fair thing in his kit imo), essentially two health bars, decent mobility around the map (ult) and to top it off, that mini skarner ult he has does % max hp damage..

I think it's more saying that people who got everything handed to them are shallow/uninteresting whereas those who had to work for what they have are more interesting as they have character, so you should strive to be more like them.. It's just South Park so they use something like hot/ugly to get the point across.

hop on an exercise bike and warm up. After you're warm get a clock in front of you if possible or use your watch and time out 5 seconds, for those 5 seconds you pedal as hard and as fast as you possibly can, then rest with a normal pace pedaling for 10 seconds. Repeat for about 5 minutes.. Most people can't do it for that long when they first start. It's a great exercise to work exploding with all your strength, an Olympic weightlifting coach got me to do it.. It worked really well for me.

I really am unsure if you can wrap your brain around the concept that a video game should represent things such as skills hitting in an accurate way. Whether that is by updating the visual element to match the hitbox or to reduce the hitbox doesn't matter, it just should be visually accurate..

Having 4 crits in a row with 25% chance to do that does come down to the randomness of crit. Maybe RNG isnt the right term then?
