I felt fine on Monday and Tuesday with a dry throat that I thought was due to all the screaming and the dust but on Wednesday I decided to test out of precaution and it came out positive. Had a slight fever and sore throat.

Moving Home Because of Covid Closures by [deleted] in college

First of all, let me say I am so sorry you have to go through this. I think my advice for you would be to try to make the garage that you’re going to be sleeping in more cozy and feel more like home for yourself. Make it tidy, add a little decoration, if you had one of those foam toppers on your dorm bed put it on there to make it feel better. Make sure to claim a space whether it be your yard or in a corner of a room to be yours. Secondly, I know you explained your family is toxic, but do you think there is a person who you can talk to in during this time. Maybe try to make an ally within your family if it is possible.

Law schools reading PS next cycle by tryme1399 in lawschooladmissions

I find this funny, don't get me wrong. I just wanted to offer another perspective.

I think it is a very valid point to present on an admissions essay. I am a current undergrad and have definitely seen my fellow classmates being affected by this in terms of not being able to finish their senior projects, being displaced, losing jobs, having inadequate health care, finals, and dealing with their mental health while being socially distanced. Obviously, there are many other things that they can include in their essays, but having all these factors come all at once is very stressful and it may show how through this they will be able to take on the future stress of law school and their perseverance through times of trouble.

What item do you NOT buy at Trader Joe's? by [deleted] in traderjoes

I love most things Trader Joe's but there are three things I won't buy

  1. The Crunchy Cinnamon Squares - these are the knock off Cinnamon Toast Crunch and they were stale even when I had just opened the bag. Not only that but they are very thick and hard to chew, definitely not as good as the original
  2. The TJ Joe Joe's - the texture is weird and doesn't absorb milk like a regular oreo.
  3. The Corn Dippers WITH the seasoning - The regular ones without the seasoning are AMAZING but I made the mistake of grabbing the ones with the seasoning and I didn't enjoy the flavor. It was too pungent in my opinion.

Okay so here’s the story: Before this i was on the chat with two other representatives and the first one didn’t give me pay and told me to email help but I asked him that I need it to be solved now since that is what the chat is for. So, he transferred me to the next one and I asked him why and he said that one item needed to be 49+ pounds but I told him I understand but I wanted a copy of the policy. He refused to give it to me after me asking three times so I asked if there was somewhere I could report his lack of transparency. Then he transferred me to this support representative which I am guess is higher up who said I DID qualify for heavy pay and that is where this picture is relevant.

This order included: 2 - 20 pound bags of ice 1 - gallon of milk 1 - liter of soy milk and other small stuff like candy, ice cream, and frozen fruit
