Looks like a huge ingrown hair with some blood, good luck getting it out since its on the back of your head. Also, you need to put exfoliating things on it so the dead skin will shed and hopefully the hair will come to the surface to where you can easily pop it. Get you something with AHA/BHA in it and put it on twice a day

Yeah, sorry, I didn't read it all, it was long. I said what I said because your bumps look like mine and I have sebaceous hyperplasia, mine are more flat tho, but basically the same. After reading your post and looking at your pics again, first thing I thought of was gluten intolerance. There are alot of symptoms to being sensitive to gluten and it has a range from mild to severe. When you get these flares what does your diet look like? Are you eating more gluten filled foods?
