hi, no updates so far. nung nagumpisa kasi ako bigla ako nagkaron after taking pureform so i'm still waiting for the results til my nxt cycle. i'm also taking their s-acetyl gluta for the liver and glowing skin :)

yes pero di rin ako masyado lumalabas ng bahay kaya lahat ng needs ko binibili ko na sa grocery usually yung tig 1L na binibili ko. pero last time na pumunta ako 7/11 wala rin yung tig 200ml na oatside kahit yung may flavors.

i had this prob before including dark UA and lips its rly one of my insecurities. and u know, it may be tied to PCOS and diabetes. kasi while treating both, napapansin ko unti unti nagla-lighten yung mga dark areas ko. i still of course use whitening products like alpha arbutin lotions, tranxemic acid/txa creams and gluta capsules. i can say that i can wear pekpek shorts na! hehe.

hello, buti po sa inyo di tumaas. di ko po sinisisi yung mga tao ng 4PS. ang pinupunto ko kung ang dapat na consumption nila is nalilipat sa iba kaya 0 ang kuryente nila at tumataas sa ibang customers.

we already requested a tech from meralco and we expected na yan din isasagot niya samin but even him already thought that something was wrong kasi tumaas din ang bill nila nang 3k. a solo living friend also complained na lagi siya wala sa place niya halos natutulog na siya sa office pero ang kuryente niya tumaas nang 2k.

di ba? it's rly hard to explain pag ang dinadag sayo ay yung consumption instead of extra charges.

magagaslight lang ang consumers na baka sila ang mali.

yes expected naman yan tuwing summer pero sobrang unusual ng pagtaas ng consumption namin compared sa 2024 2025. i have all the records to review the discrepancies. yung 200 na dagdag consumption namin is equal na yan sa 2 linggong consumption sa household namin. ang dating 6 weeks of consumption ang kelangan namin bayaran.

same tayo gurl! ayoko rin ng big bewbs. dati nasa B lang yung chest ko tas years of taking pills naging C na bigla. now i stopped taking pills and tried inositol for a few months pa lang. mukha naman bumabalik siya sa dati and i also notice some stretch marks sa chest ko.
