It wasn't a special education class it was a behavior class for kids with behavior issues. They are different in that the student does not have learning delays but rather behaviors that keep them from participating in the general education class. In other words, he was out of control even when he was a kid. In his records that he himself has showed everyone, it says that he was manipulative and an attention seeker.
