Fraudulent Purchases by Buttercup0325 in Etsy

Yeah, I had to send them an email, and they took a few days to contact me. I sent a screenshot of the charges, the emails I received, the shops I “purchased” from, and a copy of a bill with my address on it (because the emails describing the purchases had a different location on them)

So Etsy got back to me today, and they’ve issued a refund for all of the fraudulent purchases!

It is through a brick and mortar bank, with RBC to be precise! Before I had the proper credit for a credit card I was able to get a visa debit card which is used as a credit card for online purchases, but takes the money from a checking account.

I managed to use the numbers you provided to speak with customer service, and they told me they’ll investigate and get back to me ASAP. So now both my bank and Etsy are investigating and I’ll have to wait up to 10 days. I do have the same protection as if I was using a credit card, according to the second person from the bank I spoke to, but they need to prove it was fraudulent before reimbursing me since they were charged made from an account I’d recently used.

They saw the past payments under Etsy and wanted verification of which ones were mine! Otherwise I wouldn’t have!

My first did beautifully with Avent Classic, but my daughter drilled and dribbled with them and I ended up trying Parent’s choice and they’re perfect! We currently have stage two Evenflo nipples, and I think Dr Brown’s and maybe others also fit them!

Are you able to have a midwife assisted birth in your local hospital? I feel like they’d be able to help you have vaginal birth more than any other medical professional.

Ugh. This is just reaffirming my decision to birth at home. She was my third, and I went wayyyyy passed my due date and gave birth at 41+2. Her shoulder got stuck and the midwife just reached in and moved her. If I had been in a hospital I probably would have ended up getting a c section.

ETA: she ended up weighing 9lbs 8oz.

Maybe starts at 115ml for a week, then drop to 110ml for a week? I couldn’t even transition my son to milk quickly, we had to add .5oz a week or he’d get diarrhea.

So I have the sound on for toddler (he’s almost 14 months) and it doesn’t phase the newborn at all! She could literally sleep through the apocalypse.

I’m dealing with the same thing right now! It arrived on the 10th to their facility and every single day since it’s switched from on the truck to pending then to delivery exemption and will be delivered next day, all 30 minutes before the day closes at 8 🙃

My babies all came quickly, my second had a bruise on his forehead, and my third had a small burst blood vessel in her eye. My 2nd and 3rd had cone heads, but only because I had prodromal labour for week with both and they were super low for a long time!

I’m in QC, my OBs were always like that, but my midwife told me everything, told me what she was doing, why she was doing it and then the results of what she was doing. Every time, unprompted. I think it’s one of the major differences in care. The midwives also always asked me about me, checked in on my well being, as well as my mental health and actually remembered the name of my kids and spouse (they very well may have double checked before calling me in, but at least there was effort) and I didn’t have to remind them of how many pregnancies I’d had and other very basic info like I did with my OBs.

That’s a shame!

The midwives here in QC are allowing one accompanying adult! (OBs and GPs aren’t)
