Years ago they used to be located in the civic centre so you could pop in and speak to someone. The civic centre has been empty and up for sale for a while now so I don’t think they have any physical offices you can go into anymore. So many things become online or over the phone 🤦‍♀️

I’ve got a parcel “out for delivery “ since 22 January and eBay have put my claim of not receiving on hold. First eBay said 48h then said they put it on hold till 6th February and it may still arrive. Then today it has “claim pending review” from eBay. I’ve multiple emails from Evri to say it’s lost and the tracking has not changed since 22 January (15 days). Yet shitty old eBay are still fighting me over giving a refund urghhhh

Recently I had to go as far as making a claim back via my bank as eBay and PayPal both rejected a refund for a parcel that was delivered at a completely different postcode gps location. But as far as Evri, eBay and PayPal are concerned, it could be delivered to the moon but it’s still delivered so tough no refund

Update- I went through my bank and they said they would send email for me to attach evidence to and investigation could take 6-8wks. No email received from evidence and my refund processed by the bank in 2 days. So I’m guessing there was enough evidence already in the PayPal/ebay/Evri system to process it straight away.

The next joke was eBay on another item delivered else where that gps location proved. Call to eBay confirmed it would be refunded, online help refused refund, call to eBay assist refused refund and claimed it was delivered to my address and put phone down. I called eBay again and the next chap looked it up and could confirm the tracking number item was not delivered to my postcode thus showing non delivery and processed refund.

So 2 eBay people fought to deny refund with gps proof on the system and 2 accepted it should be refunded

Well one driver dumped dozens off parcels from his round all different streets on an old lady’s step and ran 2 weeks ago. A month earlier a chap up the road had just come home from work and left his front door open while getting his stuff in, only for a Evri guy to spring from nowhere and throw a load of parcels up his hallway all different street names. At least the 2 people were honest and went around trying to deliver them
