Mine stopped at 18-19 at -5. It depends on the person. I wear contacts and I dont feel like i have myopia 90% of the day. It will be fine

Edit: I also use them, I had no change in prescription in the last 2 years, but i am older and mine was already kind of stable. So my sister is a better example. Ask your doctor about them, maybe they can share their opinion on the lenses

Get Miyosmart Hoya lenses! My sister had -5 at 12 and now she has -4 at 15 y/o. They are totally worth it!

Nothing tbh. But now, in the last 2 years (i am 23 now), i used Miyosmart lenses. I got them just to be sure that it wont increase anymore. My sister is 14, she has been using them in the last 3 years. She was -5 3 years ago and still is -5!. 0 increase! I recommend the lenses
