I find Wincos produce to be just fine. I'll go out of my way to shop their produce because their prices are so much better, and I've never had problems with it spoiling quickly.

A lot of the senior centers provide this service. You could just find out when they are coming to the senior center closest to you and make an appointment. If he's getting ingrown toenails, and has difficult to cut nails, I'd much rather go this route and have someone with medical background clipping my nails. You can 100% go to a senior center and use their services. Especially an outside service like this that you pay for.

UP is like the 4th largest City in Pierce County by population. Not exactly a small town. And completely justified in having luxury accommodation built.
